JoyWorks are opportunities to serve at Trinity. Sunday worship does not happen by itself. There are many hands, minds, and hearts that are part of each week’s service. JoyWorks includes the tasks of reading scripture, serving Holy Communion, greeting people as they arrive, serving refreshments, ushering, and working the sound board. A clipboard is available in the back of the sanctuary on Sunday mornings for those who wish to sign up. We are grateful for all who help with our Sunday morning services.
Trinity's Altar Guild has the pleasure of preparing and cleaning the communion table, keeping the oil filled in the candles and eternal light, the occasional changing of the paraments on the altar, and cleaning and organizing the pews for Sunday worship. Altar Guild is only a one-month commitment of no more than a couple hours each weekend.
Funeral Reception Team
Trinity's Funeral Reception Team works together to help grieving families plan and prepare for a reception. Often times the reception team coordinates desserts, salads, or side dishes to be brought by members of Trinity. The team also serves and cleans up after the reception. It is an important ministry. Helping hands are always needed and welcome.
Chicken Soup Brigade
The Chicken Soup Brigade is a group of people who pour their hearts into occasionally providing meals to families going through a crisis. If you have a heart for preparing food and caring for others, this might be a ministry you would like to be a part of.
