Dear Trinity Lutheran Preschool Parents,
As pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church, I want to let you know how excited we are to have your child with us this year, and how much we are looking forward to sharing with you in these adventurous years of learning and growth.
As you are aware, we are unapologetically a Christian Preschool. In addition to helping with socialization and providing instruction for Kindergarten readiness, we also share stories, experiences and values reflective of the Christian faith. Our intention is to work with you as your child learns skills, gathers knowledge and continues their journey in the Christian faith. For my part, you will find me leading a brief chapel with the students at least once a month.
I’d like to tell you a little bit about our congregation at Trinity Lutheran Church. We are located here in Enumclaw at 1535 Washington. We offer two worship services every Sunday morning: a traditional service at 8:30 and a more contemporary service at 10:30. Between services every Sunday, we offer a free intergenerational breakfast. This is an opportunity to share a meal and get to know others in the congregation. All are invited!
We work hard to meet the spiritual needs of every age group and of people in every walk of life. We have men’s groups, women’s groups, interest groups, book clubs, Bible studies, and a praise band. In addition, we have youth groups, small groups and activities for young people through high school. All of our church activities happen with everyone's health and safety in mind. In this time of pandemic, we try to follow every recommendation from the CDC and our local health departments.
If you currently are not participating in a worshiping community, we would like to invite you to worship with us at Trinity and to consider this as a Christian family in which you can live out your faith in Jesus Christ.
Again, welcome to Preschool. And congratulations to you for choosing a Christian environment for your child’s education.
Grace and Peace,
Pastor
